«House Music is freedom, family, love & happiness. My intention with this set was to record it in the style of a dj mix cd. I got obsessed with house music when I first moved to nyc and dedicated just about every free moment I had during that time to familiarizing myself with it. I loved the no filler approach the dj mix cds I discovered, specifically the Global Underground series.
I wanted to capture the energy of those mixes with this set.»
